When you first install Attaché, we will quote a fee that will cover the installation of the software, conversion of data from your current system and training of your staff.

After the first month, ongoing support from Integrity is available courtesy of a monthly payment that covers most of your support needs. While we do not replace your trained operators, our support does cover telephone support, remote access support, training and site visits when required.

The installation fee varies according to the complexity of the installation, the data conversion required, the number of staff to be trained and any other special requirements.

While most of our clients prefer the security of a support agreement, we also provide support on a ‘pay as you use’ basis.
